EON Clinics is seeking to fill a full-time consultative Dental Implant Inside Sales role based in Oak Brook Terrace, Illinois.

The pay structure includes generous base salary of up to $85,000 plus commission/bonus, which can potentially equal another $35,000+ annually. Our ideal candidate is responsible for shaping the EON experience for our patients. Our ideal candidate has the nuance and ability to close sale consults by being independently driven, having superior listening skills, possessing a professional demeanor and being a great communicator. Pipeline management and coordination of treatment after the sale are also key.

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare initial research on the prospect to stimulate the “connection” and adeptly handle objections they may pose, i.e. regarding treatment cost, comfort, alternative treatment options, and EON competitors.

· Interview potential patients to uncover and be able to “play back” their specific needs, motivations and urgency for dental implant treatment.

· Present treatment options alongside an EON doctor, ensuring the prospect understands EON’s dental implant solution and their specific treatment plan.

· Advise prospective patients in their decision-making process, tailoring presentation to the prospect’s motivations and guiding their purchase decision.

· Track patient information and follow-up activities for your pipeline of prospective patients in salesforce, especially noting any of their “objections”, and addressing them in follow up conversations.

· Coordinate patient treatment, acting as their primary point of contact for appointments, payment, driving customer satisfaction, and referrals.

Experience/Requirements

· 3+ years consultative B2C sales experience (large consumer purchase experience preferred)

· Ambitious, driven personality that drives for results

· Experience with Salesforce a plus.

· Ability to be flexible to handle busy/light days and cater to patient contact preferences

· Ability to independently manage your time to maximize conversion of treatment opportunities into EON patients.
